The Valley of Beracah 比拉迦谷
Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Praise be to the Lord, for He has heard my cry for mercy & showed His wonderful love to me. Sing to the Lord, praise His name; proclaim His salvation day after day.

My First Movie
Yay! I did my first movie!
All I can say is I love my Mac!! This Mac is actually bought to be used for making a video for our wedding but then we just haven't started that yet. As a beginner Apple user, all I can do with a Mac is browsing online, listening to the music on iTunes, taking some photos at the photo booth, and uploading pictures on iPhoto.
As Zoya's birthday was coming up, I was motivated and started my very first project of movie making. I watched the video tutorials online and then learned little by little as I started. Picking out the video clips I want, trim the clips to the part I want to use, adding the transitions, text, music, sound effects, adjusting the volumes, lengths,....so on. Every second counts. Even though the video is four minutes or so, it really takes a lot of time and energy.
I think now I really appreciate those who do movie editing. It's very time consuming but it's all wroth it. =) I had a lot of fun making the movie and I think the iMovie does a great job, very user friendly with the help of online tutorials.
Here's my first movie, for Zoya's First Birthday! Enjoy!!

Handsome Husband
A Korean parent took her child to our office for the language test this morning. While the mom was waiting for her child, she saw the two photo frames that my co-worker has put on one of the shelves in the office. These are the small glass frames we had as our wedding favor. She stood up and took a closer look of those photos and looked at me with a confused face. I thought she wanted to know if that was me in the photo so I said, "It's me. I just got married."
Then, with her limited English and surprising voice she said, "DIFFERENT!"
(What does that supposed to mean?!?!?! Yes, I agree that I look different and that's because I spent a lot of money on a professional make-up artist to do my make-up and hair.)
After a few seconds, this mom said this with a loud and impressive voice, "Your husband is handsome!"
(I said, "Thank You!" and thinking in my mind that he didn't have any make-up on at all....ok...thank you mom for your compliment. My husband looks handsome and I am "different"........

Happy July 4th
We spent our July 4th at Newport Dunes. I think it was the most beautiful fireworks I'd ever seen in my life!
