Wedding Cake
I have two wedding anniversary dates. (That means we get to celebrate twice a year!) :D To make it more special and easier for my hubby to remember, we got married at the court house on my birthday. The other date is our actual wedding day.
We had a 4-layer cake at our wedding banquet. We didn't finish all the cake and we ended up taking home the top layer. We locked it up in the freezer for the entire year. 
After one year and one day, we took out our wedding cake. It still looks edible and the fillings are pudding and strawberries. I had the courage to take one bite but WHY?? Why would I want to eat an year old cake??!! Hubby took several bites till I told him to stop..... hahaha :-D
