More cooking

Last time I cooked was for Will's birthday and the second time I cooked was three days after our wedding day. The rest of the days we either had dinner somewhere else at our parents' and friends' or we had take outs and leftovers.

Here's the pictures of the dishes I cooked. I'm still learning from the cookbook as well as my experience. =)

黑胡椒牛柳 Black Pepper Beef 蝦仁炒蛋 Fried Eggs with Shrimps 百頁豆腐+波菜 Tofu with SpinachI have a really great husband who is always so supportive and encouraging. Since I have a day off today, I made breakfast for him this morning. I prepared buns with dried pork and egg (饅頭夾肉鬆和蛋). I was supposed to steam the buns, but I didn't defrost it last night. Instead of using the steamer, I used the microwave to heat it up and the buns turned out to be a little bit dry. My dear husband still finished it and said that it was really good. hahaha... after he left to work, I ate one and I couldn't finish it! The buns were as hard as the stone.....

More improvement is needed on making foods and thank you dear....for eating my foods. =) heehee
